I’ve been a dancer my whole life, and movement has always been more than just something I do, it’s been a huge part of who I am.

Over the years, that passion naturally grew into a deeper love for fitness, nutrition, and overall wellness. Through my own journey, I’ve learned that taking care of your body doesn’t have to be extreme, overwhelming, or restrictive to be effective.

That’s why I created Dezi Wellness, to help women build sustainable, feel-good routines that support both their body and mind.

My approach is simple:
No extremes, No guilt, and No all-or-nothing mindset.

Instead, I focus on helping you feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to yourself through realistic movement, supportive habits, and consistency that actually fits your life.

More than anything, I want this to feel like a space where you’re supported, not judged.
A space where progress is celebrated, and where you can show up exactly as you are.

Meet your Coach

More than fitness, I’ve lived discipline, movement, and consistency for years.

I’ve been a dancer since I was 4, and spent over 4 years teaching students of all ages, helping them build confidence, skill, and discipline through movement. I also competed internationally at the Dance World Cup in Romania, placing 3rd in my hip hop solo, and performed at large-scale events including professional sports games.

Through dance, I learned what it really takes to stay consistent, perform under pressure, and commit to growth, even when motivation fades.

Over time, my love for movement expanded into strength training, outdoor activity, and building a balanced, sustainable lifestyle.

Now, I bring that same mindset into coaching, helping women build structure, confidence, and lasting habits that actually fit real life.
